Measure around the largest part of your head, which is normally just above your eyebrows and ears. Have someone help you and measure a couple of times to make sure it is accurate. Choose your size according to the size chart below. Remember, everyone's head is shaped differently. If you get a helmet that is too small, that is what causes the mushroom look because the helmet cannot sit all the way down on your head.
