1. QUESTION: How long does it take for you to ship my order to me?
ANSWER: Can be up to 3 to 5 days to process before shipping, however, usually shipped next business day after you order. If you order shipping service other than GROUND service, such as UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select, we will do our best to get your order out as fast as we can but there still is at least one day to process BEFORE your order can go out. We make every effort to get your order to you in a very timely manner. If your order is urgent, please take into account at least ONE BUSINESS DAY to process BEFORE it is shipped. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, not including holidays in this instance.

2. QUESTION: Do you offer refunds if I am not happy with my purchase?
ANSWER: We offer a STORE CREDIT or you may exchange your item(s) minus shipping and handling we paid our suppliers to ship your order to you. See our Exchange & Refund Policies page for more details.
3. QUESTION: Do you accept checks and money orders?
ANSWER: YES, we do! You may snail mail us your money order or check. Please be advised, however, that we will not ship until your check clears, which may be as long as 7 days. But yes, you are welcome to mail us in your money order or check. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
4. QUESTION: When is my credit card charged?
ANSWER: If you place the order online, your credit card is charged at the time you place the order. This is due to our merchant credit card account is automated and it charges your credit card to make sure the card is valid and has credit available for your purchase. We do not actually receive the money into our bank account until 2 to 4 business days after you place the order. Since most orders go out the next business day, we do not actually receive the money for your order until after your order goes out. If you place your order over the phone, we will not charge your credit card until we first check to make sure your items are in stock.
5. QUESTION: Do you sell wholesale?
ANSWER: Yes, email us with your business information and what item(s) and in what quantities you are interested in and we will quote you a price.
6. QUESTION: What are your shipping charges?
ANSWER: Ground shipping is FREE within the 48 US states. Faster shipping is available at an additional charge.
7. QUESTION: Can I link to your site?
ANSWER: If you have a legitimate website that would be relevant to our customers, such as a motorcycle site, or a fashion page and would like to exchange links with us, then click on "Link To Us!" from the left side of the page and request to Link To Us! We reserve the right to refuse to link to any website.
8. QUESTION: Does it cost anything to link to you if I am accepted?
ANSWER: Not at this time, you just need to place our reciprocal link on your site.
9. QUESTION: Will you be adding any other products?
ANSWER: Oh YES! We are in the process of negotiating with new suppliers to offer new products! Right now our line of Giovanni Navarre Leather is a very good quality leather product at a very low price. We will also be offering high end leather products soon for those of you who want the very best!
10. QUESTION: Do you offer coupons?
ANSWER: Yes, we do. You must first subscribe to our FREE newsletter. Once you are subscribed, we will send out emails to you once in a while. We do NOT spam! However, when we have new merchandise, items going on special, or being discontinued, we will advise our newsletter subscribers first! When we do, sometimes we will include a FREE coupon to use on our site!
11. QUESTION: Where are you located?
ANSWER: We are located in Youngstown, Florida. We are about 25 miles north of Panama City, Florida.
12. QUESTION: Do you ship INTERNATIONALLY?
ANSWER: Yes, we do. However the shipping charges may be higher than charged on your order because the rates are based on FOB New Jersey instead of FOB Florida. This is because our main supplier is located in New Jersey but does not ship internationally for us. This means the supplier will deliver your order to us, then we will ship it out from Florida resulting in an additional charge. Email us to find out how much. Average is $20.00 additional. This of course may vary depending on the weight of your order and it's destination.
13. QUESTION: Do I have to pay sales tax?
ANSWER: Federal law requires us to collect sales tax if your order is being shipped to Florida.
14. QUESTION: How do you ship?
ANSWER: We use UPS or Airborne Express. You have the choice of shipping UPS Ground or Other UPS Services once you check-out. UPS Ground is the least expensive way.
