What to do if you do not receive your merchandise.
HOW TO GUIDE FOR GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR MERCHANDISE.
If you have placed an order online and paid with your credit card such as your Visa card, Mastercard card, Discover card, or American Express card and do not receive the item, please first notify the online merchant you ordered the merchandise through.
Many online businesses are like mine, very small businesses that sometimes get overwhelmed by the long hours of work, or life happens and you get sick, or a family member gets sick, or you have a death in the family and you have to go out of town for a week. All of the above have happened to me, Wynter, owner of Leather Lollipop. In fact all of these things have happened in the last year.
I want to let all of my past, present, and future customers know that I would NOT EVER purposely scam you, steal from you by taking your money and not delivering your merchandise.
I value each and every one of my customers. I've also been dealing with some personal illnesses and it seems as soon as I get better from one, here comes another one. I must be getting old!

I will do my best to reply within 48 hours, sometimes much shorter than that, and sometimes longer, but I am working on the shorter time frame.
Just so you know how this works. I do stock some merchandise here, but in order to offer my customers the largest variety of products I use several different suppliers. It is impossible for me to carry every size and color available of everything I offer on my website.
I rely on my suppliers to ship the merchandise to my customers in great condition and on time. MOST of the time they do. Most of the time if something ordered is out of stock, they let me know and I can advise my customers if it is on backorder, how long it will take to come back in stock and if they may want to substitute for something else.
You place your order on this website with your credit card, your card is charged immediately but it takes about 3-4 business days for the money charged to actually make it into my account. However, once your order is placed (depending on the time of day, I fax in your order to my supplier the same business day or the next business day. From there my suppliers ship orders first that request faster shipping such as three day or 2nd day or next day air. They usually will ship those the same business day they receive the order. Most free ground shipping orders go out in 1-3 business days.
At this time, (March 1, 2006) I am catching up on all orders. Please allow me time to do this. If I owe you merchandise or a refund or credit, please again, email me at admin@leatherlollipop.com and put in the SUBJECT LINE "ORDER HELP" and I will work on it as fast as I can.
Again, please let me resolve any past issues because I will do so as soon as possible. Make sure when you email me to give me the name the order was billed and shipped to, the order id number if you have it. Explain what happened, such as, order not received, or sent back and need refund. If you sent something back and have not received a refund, email me with the tracking number and address you returned the merchandise to.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED PATRONAGE AND YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME. THINGS ARE BETTER NOW AND I AM WORKING HARD ON GETTING ALL ORDERS THAT WERE DELAYED TAKEN CARE OF.
HERE IS WHAT TO DO IF YOU DO NOT RECIEVE MERCHANDISE FROM ANY ONLINE RETAILER AND YOU HAVE GIVEN THEM ENOUGH TIME AND INFORMATION IN ORDER TO HELP YOU. (30 DAYS IS A GOOD TIME FRAME).
- CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD ISSUER OR BANK. FILE A DISPUTE WITH THEM ADVISING THEM YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE. THEY WILL CONTACT THE MERCHANT AND IF THE MERCHANT DOES NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER PROVING YOU RECEIVED YOUR MERCHANDISE THE BANK OR CREDIT CARD ISSUER WILL REFUND YOUR PURCHASE PRICE, NO FURTHER QUESTIONS ASKED.
- THE ABOVE IS ALL THAT YOU REALLY NEED TO DO. THERE ARE ONLINE SCAMS AND THIEVES JUST LIKE THERE ARE IN REAL LIFE, HOWEVER, SOMETIMES AS IN MY CASE, PEOPLE ARE HUMAN, MAKE MISTAKES AND LIFE HAPPENS.
