PURCHASES
When you click on the "SUBMIT" or similar button on a product or service screen, you agree to purchase the products and services indicated, in accordance with the terms and conditions included on the relevant screens, and in accordance with this agreement.

SHIPPING
We offer free ground shipping to the lower 48 states in the USA. You can pay $4.20 for the Signature Required Service. That is what UPS charges for the Signature Required feature. We do not make any money on that service. If you choose the FREE SHIPPING withOUT the Signature Required service, you do so at your own risk. We will not and can not be held responsible for UPS or any other shipper leaving your package at your front door or at your home and it gets stolen or something else happens to it. Many people are at work in the daytime when UPS delivers, and the UPS driver will decide if it's a safe place to leave a package or not. If the Signature Required service is purchased, then the driver will not leave your package without a signature.

We ship out normally in 1-5 business days during the NON-holiday time of year. We ship out as fast as possible during the holidays such as Halloween through Christmas, but these are very busy times of the year. If you are in a hurry, choose a faster shipping option to guarantee a faster delivery.

WAIVER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You hereby acknowledge that the warranty provided herein and the accompanying obligations and liabilities of Leather Lollipop are exclusive and you hereby waive all other remedies, warranties, guarantees or liabilities, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, whether or not occasioned by the negligence of Leather Lollipop. You acknowledge by your use of Leather Lollipop? products that your use of the products and any reliance upon them is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with Leather Lollipop's products.

Leather Lollipop HAS PRICED ITS PRODUCTS UPON THE UNDERSTANDING, AND YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THE UNDERSTANDING, THAT Leather Lollipop WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY FORM OF CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, STATUTORY, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF WHATEVER KIND OR TYPE ARISING FROM ANY TYPE OF COMMERCIAL, BUSINESS, ENVIRONMENTAL, TORT, WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER CAUSES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCT AND/OR ITS USE.

Follow all instructions and heed all warnings accompanying any product ordered from the Site.

YOU AGREE NOT TO JOIN IN ANY LAWSUIT WITH ANOTHER PERSON OR SERVE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OF ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST Leather Lollipop ARISING OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF PRODUCTS ORDERED VIA THE SITE.
