The free shipping starts on January 16, 2004 at midnight. We cannot refund shipping charges for purchases prior to that time.

Free shipping is for purchases only and does not include size exchanges or returns. Customer is responsible for shipping back returns for credit or exchanges. Customer is also responsible for shipping when we have to send out an exchange. The first time an item goes out, the shipping is free. If returned or exchanged, from then on out, it is the customers responsibility to pay shipping.
We offer free shipping as a way of saying thank you to all of our very valued customers! Some sites may show a little bit lower price than we do, however, once you figure in their high shipping charges, their prices will be higher.
Some so-called "discount leather" stores, claim to have the lowest prices, but they do not tell the whole story. If you are shopping around and see the exact same identical product with free shipping at a price lower than ours, please contact us and we will meet or possibly beat their prices. NOTE** This must be for the exact same product and include shipping charges.
