We offer FREE SHIPPING. This is GROUND shipping only, to the lower 48 states only, not including Alaska and Hawaii. We will have to charge you for shipping for anything other than GROUND service.

We will try to ship out express shipping orders the next business day, however, depending on how busy we are, it may take two business days to ship out any express shipping orders. Express shipping orders are UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.

If you have an urgent need then contact us at bikerleather@gmail.com to make sure the item can be shipped in time for when you need it to arrive. We will do our best to ship out quickly, but our busiest time of year is from September through December, so keep that in mind.

SHIPPING SUBSTITUTIONS:

At times we may need to substitute the shipping method you choose for another one if we feel you will get it faster that way. Remember, UPS does not deliver on the weekends. So, if you place an express shipping order and you choose UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, if substituting USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail will get it to you faster, then we may do that. It depends on the item(s) you order. USPS (the Post Office) does deliver on Saturdays.

FREE SHIPPING POLICIES:

• Free shipping is for GROUND service only to the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii, and international locations are not included.
• The free shipping starts on January 16, 2004 at midnight. We cannot refund shipping charges for purchases prior to that time.
• Free shipping is for purchases only and does not include size exchanges or returns. Customer is responsible for shipping back returns for credit or exchanges. Customer is also responsible for shipping when we have to send out an exchange.  The first time an item goes out, the shipping is free. If returned or exchanged, from then on out, it is the customers responsibility to pay shipping.

We offer free shipping as a way of saying thank you to all of our very valued customers!  Some sites may show a little bit lower price than we do, however, once you figure in their high shipping charges, their prices will be higher.

Some so-called "discount leather" stores, claim to have the lowest prices, but they do not tell the whole story.  If you are shopping around and see the exact same identical product with free shipping at a price lower than ours, please contact us and we will meet or possibly beat their prices.  NOTE** This must be for the exact same product and include shipping charges. You must give us the exact website address you found the product at, after we verify this, we will at least meet their prices! We want your business, try us out!
